Our fee is 1.5% + VAT and includes a complete & premium marketing package designed to showcase your property at its very best. This includes professional staging and photography, detailed floor plans, and drone photography and videography where appropriate.

We believe in a collaborative approach, which is why you will be involved in all key marketing decisions through a dedicated marketing meeting. All property viewings will be personally conducted by our team, ensuring every prospective buyer receives a professional and informed experience.

For added convenience, we offer viewing appointments seven days a week, including evening appointments where appropriate.

Do you list properties on property portals and social media?

Yes. We advertise across the major portals and our own channels, supported by strong, professional photography and carefully written particulars to ensure your home is presented properly.

Will I have one point of contact throughout?

Yes, both Katrina and Dan provide a truly director-led service and will be personally involved throughout your sale or purchase to ensure a seamless and consistent experience from start to finish.
